What photo works best?

Clear, well lit and facing the camera, with both ears in shot. No hats or glasses, and portrait mode off.

Will I see it before it's printed?

Yes. You get a live preview as you build it, and we check every portrait by hand before it goes to print.

How long does delivery take?

3–5 working days to make, then Royal Mail. Order by 14 December for UK Christmas delivery.

How do digital files arrive?

By email, within 24 hours. You can order a digital file any time, even on Christmas Eve.

Can I put two pets in one portrait?

Yes. Add a second pet for £8.

Can I return it?

Personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind. If yours arrives damaged or wrong, we'll reprint it for free.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes. Order physical products by 1 December for Christmas. Digital files arrive by email any time.
